Get Specialised SupportEmpowering Children to Thrive
We understand the unique challenges faced by neurodivergent children and their families. As a parent, you want the best for your child – to see them grow, develop, and reach their full potential. That’s why we offer unique and personalised, in-home NDIS exercise physiology services tailored specifically to support autistic and neurodivergent kids.
Our experienced exercise physiologists work diligently to help your child improve their motor skills and coordination, enabling them to navigate their world with greater ease and confidence. Through fun and engaging activities, we target areas such as balance, hand-eye coordination, and fine motor skills, helping your child develop and refine these essential abilities.
Developing Strength, Endurance, and Social Skills through Exercise
In addition to motor skills, we focus on building your child’s strength and endurance through customised exercise programs designed with their individual needs and abilities in mind. By gradually challenging them in a safe and supportive environment, we help them grow stronger and promote better overall health and well-being.
Engaging in physical activities and exercises can also have a profound impact on your child’s social skills and self-confidence. As they progress and achieve their goals, they’ll gain a sense of accomplishment that extends beyond the physical realm, helping them to develop important social skills such as turn-taking, following instructions, and interacting with others.

That’s why we bring our therapy services directly to you, eliminating the stress and hassle of traveling to appointments.
